Ed joins us as our first U.S.-based executive, representing a significant milestone in our strategic expansion across North America.
An established leader with more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, Ed has partnered closely with multinational OEMs and high-growth CMOs throughout his career. He brings deep commercial insight, a customer-first mindset, and a strong track record of developing long-term, trusted partnerships that accelerate growth.
Ed will lead Croom Medical’s U.S. growth strategy, working alongside leading orthopedic OEMs and advancing awareness of our technology-driven manufacturing capabilities with both existing and future partners.
