Our Additive Manufacturing capability is supported by a fully-equipped lab on-site with mechanical, morphological and chemistry testing capabilities. The lab features state-of-the-art testing equipment and staffed by experienced PhD researchers and engineers, ensuring that every product is safe, effective and reliable.
From here we conduct comprehensive mechanical tests, including tensile, compression, and fatigue testing to ensure our orthopedic implants meet the highest standards of quality and durability. Our testing capabilities enable us to identify any potential defects or weaknesses in our products, allowing us to make adjustments and improvements as necessary.
